We’re looking for a passionate, energetic, solution-oriented Senior UX Designer who’s a creative problem solver and genuinely cares about helping people. You’re the ideal candidate if you’re a great visual designer, a team player, have a strong sense of professional integrity and accountability, and aren’t afraid to experiment. This is a fully remote role and reports to the Head of Design, who will take an active role in your personal and professional growth.
Who We're Looking For
- 3+ years in a UX, product, or a similar design role
- Portfolio of beautiful work
- Conceptual thinker who understands user behavior, conversion, simplicity, and usability
- Experience creating design systems with other designers
- Figma expert with more than a few tricks up your sleeve
- Hands-on, hard worker with a high level of ownership and accountability
- Self-starter who can work independently
- Great at storytelling and explaining your work
- Enjoys collaborating with other designers
