Who We’re Looking For

  • 4+ years in a UX, product, or a similar design role
  • Portfolio of beautiful work
  • Conceptual thinker who understands user behavior, conversion, simplicity, and usability
  • Experience creating design systems with other designers
  • Figma expert with more than a few tricks up your sleeve
  • Hands-on, hard worker with a high level of ownership and accountability
  • Self-starter who can work independently
  • Great at storytelling and explaining your work
  • Enjoys collaborating with other designers
