In collaboration with leadership and a team of over 20 designers, we spent two years leading initiatives to transform the customer experience across more than 65 company products. This effort entailed redesigning key flagship products and harmonizing digital teams under a common design framework and methodology. Adopting our "one product at a time" approach, Ellucian rolled out the new design in just six months, creating an immediate impact in the market while continuing to develop additional products.

We collaborated with the Learning & Development team to create the vision and detailed designs for Marriott's new learning platform. This platform enables employees for all 30 brands to complete their required training and build unique training programs, all in their specific brand experience. Marriott also used this platform to train all employees, organization-wide, on COVID-19 protocols.
